Dawn Creason is the office’s go-to girl for problem-solving. In addition to helping to manage the day-to-day functions of the office, Dawn also heads up the marketing and branding for Hillsdale Real Estate Group, including the company’s social media presence.

Background
After attending UNC-Charlotte (go Niners!), Dawn cut her teeth in public relations and advertising at one of Charlotte’s top ad agencies, eventually earning a master’s degree and becoming the public information officer for several large school districts. She is originally from the Lake Norman area, where her parents and brother still live.
When Dawn Isn’t at Hillsdale Real Estate Group
Dawn and her husband Jonathan, who is Davie County born and bred, spend most of their time at the football or baseball field, beside a wrestling mat, or at the race track cheering on their two teenage boys. She also enjoys live music (bonus points if it’s outdoors and she can take her two doodles, Tucker and Poppy) and is on a quest to find the perfect cup of coffee.
Bet You Didn’t Know
Dawn loves a good road trip, and careoke (kareoke in the car, obviously) is her favorite thing ever. Her husband would also argue she has a real knack for mishearing song lyrics.

Do your best to know a little bit about a lot of things. You don’t have to be an expert on everything, but try to educate yourself a little bit about as many things as possible. You’ll always have something to talk about with people you meet.
