Sally McGuire

Realtor

Following in the entrepreneurial steps of her daddy, real estate is in Sally’s blood. While she loves real estate development and strategizing ways to make her community an ever better place to call home, it’s the relationships that develop during a transaction that Sally really loves. Paired with her unique ability to envision a space’s true potential and her level-headed approach at the negotiating table, Sally’s genuine interest in her clients and their lives is the secret to her success.

Background
A graduate of Davie County High School, Sally went on to earn a degree in economics from Wake Forest University. Inheriting her mother’s exquisite taste and calm demeanor, with the fine art of closing a deal taught to her by her dad, real estate was a natural progression for Sally. For more than 30 years Sally has paved a successful path for herself in both residential and commercial sales. The top agent at her brokerage in her ‘rookie’ year, Sally is now regularly a top producer for Hillsdale Real Estate Group.
When Sally Isn’t Selling Real Estate
You can find Sally and her husband, Austin, on the golf course. Or on a cruise ship. Or on an island far away. Born with a case of wanderlust and a love of history and architecture, Sally loves traveling the world and exploring parts unknown. Her adventures also allow her to visit her two grown children — Avee, who lives in Amsterdam, and Will, who lives in Wilmington. Next year, she can add Boone to the list of regular weekend trips, when her youngest, Ben, leaves for college. She’s also a proud doodle mom and doodle grandma.
Bet You Didn’t Know
Unless you just knew better, you’d think her Sirius XM is stuck on 70s on 7. Her favorites, Emmylou, Aretha, Elton, and the gang, are all lucky Sally chose real estate for her career path. She loves to belt out some oldies, but goodies she learned while riding in the back seat of her daddy’s big, ‘ol Buick Electra Glide. Having missed her chance on the big stage, one day she’ll probably run a cute, little flower cart in Europe. (Or maybe just keep putting together pretty arrangements for her friends with the flowers she finds at Trader Joe’s.)
Sally's Words to Live By
